ok….. so there is this boy he is 21 and I'm 19 and I really like him, and he knows that. we started talking about 6 months ago in march and we texted non stop all the time we flirted ALOT. Were juss frnds but he asked me to be his girlfrnd about 3 months ago but I had other stuff to sort out so I kinda rejected him, even tho werr frnds he use to call me sweety and thinks our frndship is a “friendship or whatever” lol. he Thinks I'm cute, girly, pretty and beautiful. We would always text then suddenly he stopped replying to my text(this was the begging week of july), I mean he even flirted with me 3 days before we stopped talkin. I asked him “r you like mad at me or sumthin” he replies “no not at all, why you ask that?” I say “cuz it seems like you don’t wanna talk to me anymore” he says “ive been bz these days” so I stopped texting him for a day and texted him again trynna play it cool saying “wazup” he never replied then, at night I was playing it cool again sayin “hey…=)” and still no reply then I say again “how come you never text me back” he says “sorry, I don’t feel like text these days, goodnight” (this was around july 4th or so)my frnds said maybe I was hurtin him so I asked him out but he said this:

Haven’t reely talked to him since but its weird because I saw him last Thursday it was on the road and he was driving behind me and then he suddenly pulls up next to me and honks his horn to get me to notice him, I mean he gets so excited when he sees me, yet he doesn’t like me? Then at college I passed him in the hallway he looks at me and says “hey sup!” I reply “hey. Not much. Did you honk at me this morning?” he says “ya that was my car” but when he talks to me it sounds like he doesn’t want the conversation to keep going. So I just end the conversation
last friday, I saw him and his face like lit up he was like "heeey!" and we talked for a bit. he seemed interested I guess he was laughin at my jokes and stuff. it seems he likes me but I don't know.
i don't text him AT ALL anymore its been 2 months since my last text to him. we don't fb chat or IM or anything anymore. I just bump into him every now and then.
if he doenst like me then why does he get happy/excited to see me?
and today I went into the student life at my college because I lost my fone and he works there, he was trying so hard to look at me through the window I told him I had lost my fone so he can look it up on the computer but the whole time he was smiling big or laughing alot. I don't know if he was laughing me or wat?

So my 16th birthday is next month i asked my mom if i could have a birthday party and she didn't even care .. it was just like NO. it's not that we don't have money plus i wanted it to just be a sleep over.. i don't get it i'm a straight a student and i am a good kid.. How can I bypass the bandwidth in a college?
Now, I don't know much about bandwidth but I do know from my other question, that most schools/universities do monitor what you are doing based on bandwidth.So the question is how do I exactly bypass this?
I'm looking forward to play battlefield: bad company 2, call of duty 4, or counterstrike 1.6 .
Will any of these games consume little bandwidth? If not, is there any way I could be able to play these games without attracting any attention or the disturbing the connection?

Ok, complicated situation, and please, no standard answers, I know from the beginning I should have received the promise in writing so please don't be condescending. I know now what I should have done, but please help with what I can do now.Me and my three room mates rented a house near our college. With-in walking distance. We signed the lease under their promises that all problems would be fixed. Yes we saw the house, Yes we knew it was in bad shape. But the company led us to believe that all major problems would be fixed. When we moved in they told us the contractor and landlord had 30 days to make all the fixes and not to worry. Today was the 30th day and nothing has been done. We informed them as instructed when we moved in of the problems (IN WRITING) and they have not even pretended to address our problems. The major problems we listed... are...
1)The locks, It took them three weeks to get us keys and new locks to our house. During that time frame the former tenants entered our house uninvited late one night. drunk (with their old keys)
2) The HVAC unit needs servicing, it barely works. How could we have known this before we moved in?
3)Hot water heater barely works, again, how could we have known this?
4)1 of 2 bathrooms is completely unfit for use. Wallpaper peeling from walls, large holes everywhere, walls are caving in (water damage) and we have confirmed mold. It is disgusting and no respectable person would feel comfortable using it.
5) Carpet is in bad shape, holes,stains, water damage everywhere and a FOUL SMELL!
6) Stove unit is old, handle is missing from door. Handle cannot be replaced because its so old. We can't use the oven safely for this.
These are the high priority items (there are many many others but not high priority) We were instructed to complete a move in form and provide company in writing of problems. We did as we were told. They told us to give them 30 days, We did.
When we signed the lease they told us specifically not to worry about anything, The bathroom would be fixed, the carpet would be replaced. We took them at their word, now we're here, all the problems are too and they are refusing to fix it. Saying they inspected the house and fixed what they thought was necessary. this is obviously a lie.
Do we have any rights to cancel our lease? Do I have any rights at all? especially with the bathroom, is this a health violation. The kitchen, I can't cook! The flooring, It smells horrid. the locks were unsecured, but are now? What can I do. I am a college student, don't want to sue them, I don't have time. All we want is out of our contract and deposit back. What can I do now. The landlord and manager keep avoiding us. won't talk to us or anything. They lied to us from day 1. Can a health inspector evict us and terminate our lease? can the house be condemned? Can the landlord have repercussions for interfering with our lives. Inconveniencing us and possibly putting our health at risk? How can I make their life hell. They rent to 95% college students so I see their not wanting to fix something because they think we will just destroy it again, But were not drunk partying freshman. We are here to finish our degrees. We are serious.
Yes I know we screwed up, but we didn't know and took them at their promises. They lied to us. (on numerous occasions. You live you learn. Please don't tell me what I should have done.
Please help me with what I can do now.

I discovered that I had a learning disability when I was in first grade. I was really struggling when I was in first and second grade. But then once I got to fourth or fifth grade I started to do really well in school and I continued to do well and I still do well in school. Except the transition from 8th grade to 9th grade really was a bit hard for me and my gpa for that year was a like 2.8 or something. But then in 10th and 11th grade I got 3.3 or 3.5 every quarter for my gpa per quarter. Now my accumulative is a 3.0. It would be higher if it wasn't for freshmen year. But do you think with my learning disability colleges would put that in great consideration considering on how much I have improved as a student?Question #12:

New freshman this year, that's me. I didn't know where i was going. anywho, i walked into class to see this good looking teacher. I noticed he wouldn't stop staring at me, and i was like weirded out. Anyway, we where doing this thing where you stand up and say somthing about you're self and when a kid was talking i took a look at the kid, and then looked around the classroom and he was STILL staring at me. He's very very attractive. What does this mean? He's just creepin' or just looking at the new students?Question #14:

i am a sophomore in high school. there is a new kid in our grade. his name is steven. every single day of the week he wears a black italian suit, matching shoes, and a solid red tie. even durring gym class - he wears the suit. we run the mile in class - he runs it in under 5:00 EVERY SINGLE TIME - IN THE SUIT! we do push ups, he does them. in the suit. he can do 30 dead hang, one handed pull ups. and he does them IN THE SUIT! he is fluent in russian, italian, spanish, french, AND swahili!he is an only child. ALL the girls, and i mean every single girl just about, bow down to him. yet he ignores their advances like they are a disease. for instance, i have a friend who is a senior. she is VERY pretty. beautiful. steven was eating his lunch, at a table by him self. my friend walked over and sat down next to him and introduced herself, and put out her hand to shake his. he looked at her hand, then looked at her face and said "excuse me." and got up and left. didnt take his lunch, didnt even take some extra chips or something from it. just left it there.
what really gets me is the suit. he wears one every single day, and every single day it is perfectly dry cleaned and ironed. not one crease, not one tear or hole. not even any lint or hair on it. he has short dark hair that he combs to the left (if youre facing him) and very, very deep blue eyes. he doesnt have ANY interest in any student in the entire school. he just does his school work and then leaves. he doesnt speak a word to anybody in the school.
i saw him at a restaurant i frequent with my friends. he was there! he was talking to these two big boris looking guys (russian) and they were in suits too! is this kid part of the ******* mafia or something? i swear to god he is something else. perfectly fit, extremely quiet and wears a damn suit every where he goes. to school, outside of school - i have never even seen him take the jacket off. he just keeps his suit intact and on day in and day out.
every girl in the school is at his feet and he doesnt even LOOK at them! what kind of a teenager does that?! he just confuses the hell out of me.

Why is it necessary to think they cannot work hand in hand w/ each other? I have faith in Christianity and am also a student of science, I have always loved science. Now I am pursuing a career as a marine biologist, should this alone make me into a hypocrite just because I simply believe that Jesus died for my sins and God is the creator of the universe. What is the most effective (realistic but not graphic intensive) way to make the eyes for a human model?
I am currently a student at an art school.I am attempting to build models for an online game, as part of an up and coming studio.This is an extra-curricular project. There are currently 11 members to the group (that I know of).I have character models and designs already drawn out (thanks to the concept artists).
I plan on using Autodesk Maya 2011 (educational version).
To do so, I would have to make the characters as minimally graphic intensive as possible to prevent lag.
I desire to have somewhat moving eyes.
I conceptualized the addition of spheres and parenting them to the head, but that may be too computation intensive. I could also make the eyes part of the head, but I don't know how to make them move realistically from there.
Does anybody know the best way to do so or any other methods I failed to mention?
