Are you daft? Emo stemmed from hardcore, when they were tired of singing about politics and social change. It was a movement, and the music has changed dramatically, but, to group Sunny Day with modern "emo" bands is silly. They were talented, had great structure and energy to their music. They're not some Vagrant band...

unfortunally today i dont think that is true... i mean, look at all this hip hop crap the "artists" write with their producers, most of them just want to be famous and get rich.... take the jonas brothers or lil' wayne for example

exactly, the popular bands today can barely play their instruments. the only reason they are popular is because of the industries backing them (A.K.A. disney)
